Currently, our shipping fee is calculated by the weight of your products combined with your location. USPS, FedEx and UPS are the carriers that we use. Certain items are processed by our production team and have longer shipping times.
When the label is printed you will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update. You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been delivered. All packages are sent with a tracking number, so please keep an eye out for your packages if possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, an exchange can be requested by emailing InfoEveryStitch@gmail.com. Please provide your order number in the email.
From the time of delivery, there is a 7 day exchange policy. This EXCLUDES clearance items and swimwear which are FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of the return shipping.
If an item is received in imperfect condition (makeup stains, rips, pulls, etc.) an exchange WILL NOT be granted.
Kindly package your item in the original packaging (including the clear bag), along with the included invoice.
Upon requesting your exchange/store credit via email, we will provide further return instructions.
Shipping fees will not be included in the amount you will be credited for on your gift card.
I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
-Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it is unable to be edited. If you would like to request an exchange, you will be able to do so by emailing InfoEveryStitch@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return your item and the shipping fee to order a new one.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.
-Sorry about that! Please email InfoEveryStitch@gmail.com with your order number and you will be sent a prepaid return label.
I AM UNSURE OF WHICH SIZE TO ORDER.
-As a general guide please use the sizing chart located in the tab on the top of this page. If I feel that an item runs smaller or larger than usual, I will make note of that in the description of the product section. Also, you can always shoot us a DM so that I can suggest the best sizing for you!
IF I PLACE TWO ORDERS, CAN MY SHIPPING COST BE WAIVED?
-Unfortunately not. Each individual order incurs its own shipping fee.
CAN CUSTOM JEWELREY BE RETURNED?
-Your custom orders are made specifically for you and are unable to be returned unless they are below our quality standards.
